REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Emirasouq, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience across the UAE.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

Products showing signs of use, physical damage caused by customers, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return or refund approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, cosmetics, undergarments, and selected beauty items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us at emirasouqs@gmail.com with their order number, delivery details, and clear photos of the product issue.

Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

Refund Policy

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

For prepaid online card orders, refunds will be returned to the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, store credit, or another mutually agreed refund method.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for eligible damaged or defective products depending on stock availability.

Order Refusal

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders without valid reason may be restricted from placing future orders.
