Replacement Eligibility

Eligible Products

You may request a replacement if you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or faulty
  • Broken upon arrival

To be eligible for a replacement, the issue must be reported within the specified timeframe and supported by clear evidence.

Timeframe

We accept replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted within 7 days of delivery will be processed free of charge.

  • Requests submitted after 7 days may be subject to additional replacement or handling charges.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • A video showing the damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty product

Our team will review the submitted information and determine the appropriate resolution.

Replacement Process

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, one of the following solutions may be arranged:

Option 1: Return & Replacement

You may be asked to return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.

Option 2: Scheduled Replacement

In some cases, we may arrange a replacement pickup and delivery service. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging and includes all accessories.

Replacement processing times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Change of Mind

We do not offer replacements for orders placed due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

Refund Policy

Emirasouq does not offer refunds on purchased products.
